What is a CCA Party?
CCA (Celebration Charity Appeal) is a charity that offers financial support to six major UK charities. Our funding is generated by kind donations that replace the usual gift giving ceremony at all manner of celebrations.
How a CCA Party works
1. Order invites for your party using our online order form. Your invites will explain to your guests that you would like to receive donations to 'CCA' instead of any gifts, and will be delivered to you free of charge.
2. Enjoy your party.
3. Send any kind donations you receive to CCA (our address can be found on the contact us page).
4. CCA will then distribute your kind donations between the six charities we support below.
5. Your child will receive a certificate to say thank you for having a CCA party.
6. Payment - Unfortunately we are unable to accept charity vouchers as the charities we give to are all gift-aided and we cannot double gift-aid.
Please pay by cheque made out to Celebration Charity Appeal and either give the cheque to the person holding the party or send it direct to the CCA - address found on the contact page. If you send the cheque to us direct please don't forget to let us know the name and address of the person holding the party, as well as your name, so we can let them know you have very kindly made a donation on their behalf.
The concept of this Charity is that many hands make light work and that by everybody giving a small amount, multiplied by a large number of parties, this will hopefully enable us to achieve our goal of raising substantial monies for these very worthwhile causes.
